Pomotime ("the App") is a simple pomodoro timer application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection and usage.

The App:

• Does not use analytics or tracking services

Advertising and Consent

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We follow these consent procedures to respect your privacy:

1. EEA and UK: We obtain GDPR consent through the User Messaging Platform (UMP).
2. iOS: We obtain consent for using the Advertising Identifier through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

Data Collection and Usage:

• With Consent: Personalized ads are served based on device identifiers and non-identifiable data.
• Without Consent: Non-personalized ads are served. Basic data such as ad impressions and clicks may still be collected.

Managing Privacy Settings:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking — Change Pomotime tracking settings.
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads — Reset Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.

Local Notifications

The App uses local push notifications to alert you when your focus or break timer completes. These notifications:

• Are processed entirely on your device
• Do not transmit any data to external servers
• Can be disabled through your device's Settings

Data Storage

All app settings (timer duration, theme preferences, etc.) are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Data collection and ad personalization are controlled through consent prompts shown at app launch.
